Warranty Information
Your SUTRA® hair tools have been manufactured to the highest quality standards. When used properly, they will provide effective and reliable results. Sutra® Beauty backs all of our flat irons, curling irons and heat brushes with a 2 year warranty, along with a one (1) year warranty on all blow dryers, blowout brushes, and cordless products covering any breakage, failure to heat, or other malfunction due to design or manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of misuse or normal wear and tear.*Service fees may apply

If your hair tool has malfunctioned within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, please file a warranty claim. Our customer service team will then reach out to you and request proof of purchase. Once this proof of purchase is received and reviewed by our customer service team, the service fee will be waived. If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer and not on www.sutraeurope.com, you may contact the original retailer in order to service your warranty immediately.
If your hair tool has malfunctioned more than thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, you may redeem your warranty online via Internet Upload.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to damages which are the result of the following, but not limited to: Usage in ways other than how it is intended, failure to abide by safety warnings, negligence, mishandling, misuse, abuse, dropping, scratches, product build up, improper cleaning and maintenance, improper and unsafe use, wrong voltage, alteration, tampering, modifications, attempted repair, incorrect attachment use, cutting cord*, wrapping cord around appliance, and normal wear and tear. Removal of stickers, labels, and serial numbers will void all warranty claims.*Unless otherwise advised by our customer service representative.

Please file only one (1) claim per hair tool. Warranty purchases that are invalid or fraudulent will NOTbe processed or refunded.
All warranty items are shipped WITHOUT a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we will replace your item with a newer model (if available) or a newer item.
Warranty orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, otherwise, the warranty order will be voided.
Sutra cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized retailers, including unauthorized sellers on eBay, Mercari, Overstock.com, etc. and thus we are unable to offer warranty coverage for items purchased through said retailers. Please contact us prior to purchasing a Sutra product from a third-party website in order to verify the retailer as an authorized or unauthorized retailer. This communication is to serve as notice to our customers, partners, and trusted retailers that we are aware of the presence of counterfeit Sutra products or unauthorized retailers and are actively working to address this issue.
Warranty service fees are non-refundable.
