Return Policy

At SUTRA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy guidelines below:

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items purchased beyond the 30-day return period.
  • Haircare items including shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.
  • Defective or damaged items. Please file a warranty claim instead: Warranty Claim.
  • Any item marked as final sale.
  • Items purchased with AfterPay.
  • Shipping fees.
  • Warranty service fees.
  • Promotional sales.

Return Process:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact our customer service team within thirty (30) days of receipt. Upon approval from our customer service team, you'll receive an email containing shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Restrictions:
Please be aware that we can only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from SUTRA at SutraBeauty.com. Regrettably, we're unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for products bought through third-party retailers. If the item was not purchased via www.sutrabeauty.com, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Hair Tools Return Condition:
All hair tools must be returned in new and unused condition. If your product has been used and you're within the thirty-day return window, a $30 disposal fee will apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:
For items believed to be damaged or defective, please file a warranty claim via the following link: Warranty Claim.

International Returns (Outside the US):

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accommodate returns requested within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returns will incur a 15% disposal fee, which will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to our customer service team.

Upon receipt of your return request, our Customer Service Department will notify you upon acceptance. Your item(s) must be shipped to our returns department located in Los Angeles, CA.

Please note, we regret to inform you that we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns for international orders. Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be promptly processed and applied to the original method of payment. Kindly note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement, owing to varying processing times between financial institutions.
